Initiate Your Request
Log into your Fabricville account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and textiles are neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
